BTM processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide this data to us yourself.

These data are obtained via cookies, a contact form and / or a registration with registration procedure.

 

Purpose of processing personal data

BTM processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services.

• BTM analyzes your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.

 

Automated decision making

BTM does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example, a BTM employee).

 

How long we keep personal data
BTM does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. That willsay that we keep the data for as long as is necessary to provide the service you have requested. We use the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data:

Sharing of personal data with third parties

BTM remains responsible for these processing operations.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by BTM and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@btm.nl.

 

How BTM secures your personal data

BTM takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us at info@btm.nl.

BTM has taken the following measures to protect your personal data:

• Security software, such as a virus scanner and firewall.

• TLS (formerly SSL): we send your data via a secure internet connection. You can see this at the address bar “https” and the padlock in the address bar.

• DKIM, SPF and DMARC are three internet standards that we use to prevent you from receiving e-mails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) data.

 

Dutch Data Protection Authority

Of course we are happy to help you if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data. Please contact us via info@btm.nl. If, nevertheless, you cannot come to an agreement with us, you also have the right, under the privacy legislation, to file a complaint with the privacy regulator, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority for this.

Changes to Privacy Statement
We may change this privacy statement from time to time. Changes will be published on our website. It is therefore advisable to consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes. We never use your data for other purposes without permission.
